Geology Club trip to the Channeled Scablands

Caves at Lake Lenore. These caves were created by the massive flood waters plucking boulders from the walls of the coulee.

Doing what geologists do best: checking out the coolest rocks we can find.

Erin sampling the water at Soap Lake. Soap Lake is a very saline alkaline lake. Not very many critters swimming around there.

Come out of your cave walking on your hands, see the world hanging upside down.

Dry Falls: at the height of the Glacial Lake Missoula floods, there was 10 million cubic meters of water flowing through this area.
