Kilkee Geology Field Trip

This was probably the best field trip I've ever been on. We stayed in holiday homes in Kilkee, which is a nice break from tent camping in MT in the late fall. The geology was at one of the most beautiful places I've ever been, the weather was gorgeous, the people were a great craic, and the socializing was, well, very Irish, if ya catch my drift. We weren't moving too fast on our last day due to a celebration of the last field trip for the 4th year students. It was really great.

Here's where we went: A) Cork & B) Kilkee

Ripples in cross section. I forgot to include a scale (rookie mistake), but the entire image is about the size of my hand. Not a giant structure.
